By selecting Bonus Points Categories (defined below), you agree to the following terms and conditions that govern Bonus Points Categories and to all terms incorporated herein by reference.
1. Bonus Points Category Selection and Updates:
Members may select up to three (3) categories of goods of their choosing (“Bonus Points Categories”) to earn bonus points on qualifying purchases. If a member does not select Bonus Points Categories, Staples will not award bonus points for related purchases.
The amount of bonus points per category will be displayed to the member when making their selection and will depend on the category. Once a member selects their Bonus Points Categories, they will receive bonus points on qualifying purchases made from those categories moving forward.
Bonus Points Category selections are valid from the date of selection until the date the selected Bonus Points Categories update. The date the selected Bonus Points Category will update is displayed to the member when making their selection. Members may change their Bonus Point Category selection at any time. If the amount of bonus points for the selected Bonus Points Category increases, members will automatically earn points at the increased rate. If the amount of bonus points for the selected Bonus Points Category has decreased, the new rate will apply upon the date such Bonus Points Category updates.
When a Bonus Points Category is no longer available for bonus points, it will not automatically update, and the member will continue to earn points on all other selected Bonus Points Categories that have automatically updated (if any).
2. Earning Bonus Points on Qualifying Purchases:
Bonus Points Category offers are valid only on qualifying purchases made in Staples U.S. stores, online at staples.com, in the Staples mobile app, by phone at (800) 333-3330 or at Staples via select third-party online marketplaces found at staples.com/lp/third-party-online-marketplaces (this may be amended from time to time). Each Bonus Points Category details the purchases that qualify for bonus points under that category. At checkout, member must be logged in to their Staples Easy Rewards account or provide their membership number to receive offer. Points will be earned on the purchase amount paid at checkout after application of all promotions, coupons, instant savings and point redemptions. Taxes and shipping are not included in calculating the total purchase amount. Bonus point offers are not valid on prior purchases, clearance items or purchases made with Staples Procurement or Convenience Cards. Staples Easy Rewards program terms and conditions apply.
