Online Requests using Staples Easy Rewards Account
If you made the purchase in-store and used your Staples Easy Rewards account, you can access the receipt online by logging into your account. You will be able to see:
- Purchase date
- Transaction number
- Item number
- Description
- Price
- Bar code for returns
1. Click here or select the Orders icon then Purchase History from the menu.
2. On the Purchase history page, select the In-store tab.
3. Use our search, filters or locate your order in the list then select the Transaction starting with POS to view your store receipt.
In-store Requests
If you didn't use your Staples Easy Rewards account, if your purchase was made using a credit or debit card within the last 12 months, just bring that card into the Staples store where you made the purchase, and we can look up your receipt for you.
