Once logged into your account, the Purchase history page provides access to your Buy it again items, online and in-store orders (using your digital Staples Easy Rewards card) and your AutoRestock subscriptions.
Under the Online orders tab, you can:
- Return an item
- Cancel an order
- Print a receipt
- Track your purchases
- Reorder items
The Online tab will display all orders placed online within the last 24 months. Use the Search online orders feature or any of the filters displayed to quickly locate an order.
The In-store tab will display orders made in store using your digital Staples Easy Rewards card from our mobile app or phone number on your profile. Use the Search item # feature or any of the displayed filters to quickly locate an order.
Can’t find the order you were looking for?
For order information related to items not currently displayed in your staples.com Purchase history, click here to contact us or scroll up and select the Contact Us button located in the gray section above this article, right of the Search help topics bar. If using our mobile app, the Contact Us button is located at the bottom of the screen.
