NOTE: Once an order is submitted, an alternate pick up person cannot be added or updated on the order.
1. On the Checkout page, if you have only Pick Up in Store items click the Add pick up person button.
If you have a mix of Delivery and Store Pick Up items in your cart, select the Add alternate pick up person link located under Shipping & Store pick up information.
2. A drawer will extend from the right side, displaying the Store Pick up information. Select Add alternate pick up person (optional).
3. Fill out the First name, Last name, and Phone number for the alternate pick up person and click Save.
4. Once the store has your order prepared you will receive an email letting you know the order is ready and:
If you are sending someone else to pick up the order on your behalf, be sure to forward them the email containing the bar code. If your email doesn't contain a bar code, a photo ID will be required.
If the person picking up the order does not have the confirmation email with the bar code, or there was not bar cade in the email, they must present a photo ID and must be either the person named in the order or a named pick up person that was chosen when the order was placed.
