What are Business Envelopes?

- #10 envelopes - The most common size, this envelope measures 4.125 x 9.5 inches and fits most business correspondence such as invoices and letters.
- Interoffice envelopes - These envelopes come with a button and string design, measuring 9 x 12 inches to fit standard letter-size paper. They're ideal for transferring documents between departments and often have a series of lines for writing names or dates for tracking purposes.

Custom Envelopes In All Shapes, Sizes, and Colors
It’s essential that your business envelopes protect and secure all documents enclosed and clearly communicate your brand because, when mailing materials to your customers, their first impression of your company is the envelope they receive in the mail. Additional Features of Business Envelopes
- Window Envelopes save time because they don’t require you to create printed labels. They often include one or two windows to display names and addresses that appear on internal documents. You can choose from left- or right-aligned windows and they have a sturdy clear film to prevent debris from getting inside. Window envelopes work well for mailing out invoices that have pre-printed addresses and distributing payroll checks.
- Full Front Envelopes can run through the printer to pre-print, attach labels or hand write details.
